Need to stay out of the 8-9 line. I'm good with a 6 or 7 seed.

Happy to admit I was wrong. Thought we would get destroyed. Great win.

Agreed! Those guys have to play well. And they did
-
That is the kind of win we needed to get confidence back. Looked like the guys were having fun again playing as a team 2nd half.
If we can beat TAMU at home we will be back in position for a top 3-4 seed
-
Good win and just in time. Now time to rattle off 3-4 in a row.
Officiating still a joke. All OM in stretches trying to get them back in game. The early whistle and we had the ball and they call a jump ball - OM possession? WTH and they couldn't review that?

The most important sequence was us sitting murphy and nwoko with 2 fouls.
It's been pretty well criticized when jans doesn't play guys with 2 fouls in the first half. Going small with cam as the effective 5, we went on a 17-7 run with 13-2 to close the half. Changed the trajectory of the game as we took the lead and we never gave it back.
If we can be effective for 5 minutes a game with that, that unlocks a new dimension for us. Along with getting 5 effective minutes out of Warren a night.

This means you're up on starting the next game thread.

Great win, but the top "3-4 seed" ship has sailed. Our 2 best wins are both against OM and we are still currently 9th in the SEC (tied with KY but we lost to KY so we're 9th), which has us playing day 1 of the SEC tourney. That has us at least 2 games behind Mizzou, Tenn and OM with only 6 games to go. We really needed to win a BIG game at home against Bama, KY, Aubie or UF but we didn't.
Again, great win today and there haven't been many times that we swept OM during the past 15 season. We're fighting for a 6 seed in the Big Dance imo.

The 5 effective minutes from Warren can't be overlooked as we finish out the year.

Can we play the rest of our games on the road. Hey SVD finally got mine back.

Maybe. But if we can beat A&M next week a 4 seed is definitely back on the table.

I said I needed a break from this team. I made it about 16 minutes and watched the last 4 of the first and all of the second. One of the best games we have played all year. That is a really good team in Oxford. We may hate to admit it, but they are going to be hell in the NCAAT. And if we play like we did today, we will be too.

Everyone thought we would. We had the potential, but with the way we’ve been playing, it looked very doubtful. Hope we’ve turned the corner on our crappy play. This needs to be our slump buster.

You would have loved the first minute of the game and then hated the next 7 minutes. At around te second media break we started figuring it out.

Oh I was still following it. Just was not watching. I got pissed when I saw us go down 15-7 and stopped keeping track for a few minutes.

People around here post more when they have something to complain about.

Agreed, but that's every message board on the planet. Guarantee you the traffic on Ohio States football message boards was twice as much last year in January as it was this year! You should see om's boards from last night and this morning...they are BUSY and entertaining!!
