Dellquan Warren - given Clary being out, why not commit to more minutes for Warren
allows Hubbard toi2.
Listening to the podcast guys talkinga bout Clary being out, we mnight should look at drastically upping Warren's minutes.
He will only get better. Hr doesnt turn it over , he's goodon D, and maybe he can get us more effective on offense.

I think he has potential, but he was not ready against Auburn. You could see it.
-
He's not ready at all. Gives zero threat offensively.

We have to have a 3rd ball handler though. If clary is gone, Warren has to be that guy... ready or not
-
He is an upgrade on Defense probably.
Offense would come with comfort.
I?m not saying make him the centerpiece of your offense, just give him more minutes.

I would like to see Josh going back to 2 guard, I know for a fact as a former player and Coach that the two guard positions are totally different. No doubt in my mind what has hurt Josh is playing point guard. Point guards are players who set up teammates to make plays, it's a big difference being a full court ball handler to a half court ball handler. Way more pressure on a point guard than a shooting guard.

He's not a great ball handler either. He's just a guy.

Kugel being out is what is hurting us the most
Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

So haven't heard, Kugel out Saturday? We need him back in a big way.

Warren got to play more now but he hasn't shown me anything just yet. I still remember a young skinny freshman that played real timid that first year and didn't anything either but he turned out pretty good- one Timmy Bowers.

He will play.

He can't play. I expect him in the portal after the season.
"We will have no problem in handling Kentucky."-Turfdawg67. MSU suffered a 27-17 defeat in 2022 with 225 yards in total offense.

I am going to assume he is speaking of Warren. From everything I have been told, Clary is happy in Starkville and Riley will be back Saturday.

Warren seemd more confident on offense last game (or maybe game before).
I think he would make some plays if he were in more.
I'm not suggesting he take those guys place, but he is athletic and may help the offense run more smoothly just from having a true PG easily getting the bll up, and move to step 1 in the offense.
I don't know, but id like to see it.

From what I?ve been told last night, it?s over for clary and kugel is 50/50 for Saturday. The hand is good to go but the ankle is giving him problems.
