Hines back really makes it interesting. He's at 1st
You have to think Ace in LF and Stevens in RF. Where does Trout go? If Mershon does return that means he and Cupp in the middle. Sullivan/Stallman/Downs competing at DH
Walk like the King or walk like you don't care who the King is

Between Pulliam/Cupp/that other transfer, you have to think we'll have 1 of them pan out for 2nd. Downs is back right? That should be a .300 hitter with 10 homers at DH. If Highfill comes back strong that's another hole in the lineup solved.
I don't get all the love that Downs receives. I definitely agree he's a Bulldog, but he's never hit a single HR in his 2+ years at State now all of a sudden he's gonna hit 10? Not buying it.

Hopefully Mikai Grant can be recovered from injury and claim the #3 SPer spot. That'd be awesome.

Interesting numbers showing how many of each teams' drafted players came to them as transfers:
LSU: 5/9 portal transfers Kentucky: 4/7 State: 4/11 Ole Miss 3/7 Arkansas 3/8 Tennessee 2/8 A&M: 2/7
Really shows how huge the portal has become for a coaches success
