He signed with the Georgia Bulldogs

But maybe because Baby Bo is coming back? (I'm just being hopeful, I don't know anything.)

If Dakota Jordan is on our team next year I would honestly say that would be the most shocking returning player in all of my years of watching MSU baseball.

I wouldn't be surprised if Boras pushes it until the last minute because he is Scott Boras but I still expect Dakota to sign.

Boras will push it to the last possible second to squeeze whatever he can out of the Giants, but Dakota is gone. Him coming back would be the most shocking thing I have seen in all my years of watching ANY Mississippi State athletics.

So how do we miss him to GA? It’s not like we don’t have an opening in CF! Money? Lemonis?

Will Coggin and Nick Amirati, who were both at UK with Mingione are now at Georgia. That is the reason. Familiarity.

I knew Coggin was at UGA - didn't realize they had stolen Nick from UK. That's a big get
"After dealing with Ole Miss for over a year," he said, "I've learned to expect their leadership to do and say things that the leadership at other Division I schools would never consider doing and to justify their actions by reminding themselves that "We're Ole Miss.""

They just got him. Will be interesting to see if Mingione can rebuild that staff. The players loved Ammo. I would have loved to have had him had Jake decided to move on in the offseason.

From what I heard- Cam Opener's Dad put out info the on the Kentucky guy that he and his family absolutely loved their trip to StarkVegas and were extremely impressed with Lemon and Crew. Cam's Dad coached him when he was younger and helped us in the process of recruiting him. He chose Georgia because they had a smaller field to help his power numbers, great money, and he loved Athens more than Starkville. Literally nothing more we could do.

Having a great stadium is not top 3 for alot of baseball guys in today's world
