Why did Mershon at third not run home on the pop fly by Hines?
He just instead walked back to third.
Is that Cheese or Mershon?
If they dropped the fly ball, he doesn't score.

I know dropped pop ups don’t happen often, but Mershon would have looked like a total idiot if he did by not running home.

I am old enough to remember when batters were told NOT to take anything CLOSE with 2 strikes. But it seems these days it is just much more fun to take that close pitch and leave it in the eyes of the umpire. No reason for anyone to complain about the call on Jordan.
