We did the same crap last week starting a LH DH against a lefty. That just goes against everything I?ve ever known about the game.

Why was Koehler that far off the line against RH batter and a runner at 2nd? He made a great play to keep a runner from advancing but a positioning coach sure does like to play Kohler way off the line.
