C'mon, Smoot. If Lebby has success in the SEC at Mississippi State he isn't going to just jump on any job. The job hopping in college football has toned down quite a bit over the last ten years. If Lebby can beat Oklahoma and get us in the expanded playoff picture he'll be here for a while.

Yeah, for a lot of college football coaches are staying longer. A successful head coach at a good P5 program isn't jumping jobs every two years. The money is great and the program is successful so coaches are staying longer.
