    Players asking for a review

It seems that players who immediately ask for a review are wrong by a large margin. I never played at a high level, but I always felt like I immediately knew if I was safe or out. After all, you are directly involved in the play.

You can probably just chalk it up to emotions or wishful thinking, but it can cost the team later if you burn a challenge.

Especially plays at first. You know if you touched the bag before the ball got there 100% of the time. You have to be stupid to know you are out and call a review, but I have seen it happen a bunch.

New rule proposal: A player gets 1 freebie per season, but the 2nd time he asks for a review and is wrong, he is ejected.

Never trust a player these days. I remember years ago committing fouls in basketball, the ref blowing the whistle, pointing to me, and me raising my hand. That's how everyone did it back then. Now, everyone looks incredulous and argues. No player ever commits a foul in basketball, a penalty in football, or is thrown out on a close play in baseball. The ref is always wrong. There are NBA players who have played 10 years and have never committed a foul that they didn't argue about. Don't trust the players.

I?m assuming players can?t initiate the review. Ultimately I would think the umps get a call from the coaches to do a review or not. I could be wrong on this though

You're bringing back memories now! I had almost forgotten those times existed!
