How in the world can a 1 loss nd team get in ahead of an undefeated Cincy team when cincy beat nd
UGA, Ohio State and ND will be top 3. Then Cincy and Houston will have 1 loss. The 2 loss teams will be Michigan, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Baylor, BYU, Alabama, Oregon and Pitt. So who gets the 4 spot of this group? I say Michigan or Bama, but Pitt and Oregon will be conference champs. Iowa and BYU will be too far down. Bama and Mich are probably the two best overall but not conference champs
I can't believe garbage ND is going to weasel their way back into the playoff. They're overrated year in and out. When's the last time they had a legit team? I still don't think the National Championship team several years back was that good.
I still say SEC winner, Big ten winner, ND and Cincy. SEC Loser Sugar Bowl. OM to a NY 6 bowl KY Citrus Arky TAM to outback Us Gator or Nashville.
I don't see Cincy losing to Houston, so that would take care of the 4th spot. But I'm not convinced ND would be in over a 2-loss Bama.
And if Bama beats UGA, they're both definitely getting in.
thanks, Utes!!!!
After Michigan/Ohio St play and Okie/OK St play twice, we'll likely be down to:
UGA, Cinci, ND, Ohio St (or Michigan), and Bammer...
Cincy will beat Houston by 30.
