Bad choice of words by Tony and he admitted as so.
He was trying to say this injury is going to force the cowboys to run the ball more.

Dungy is a pretty positive guy. I think he means they needed something to rally around. Sure, This is about the worst thing, but if the team gets out of its funk that's the primary goal.
He worded it poorly but I'm pretty sure Dungy didn't mean it the way it sounded. He's a respectful man who likes Dak. He and most everyone else knows they can't throw the ball like they have been with dalton in there, jmo.
Yeah, he isn't wrong. Dak can be a rallying cry for that team. Dak, will come back and be great once again. Terrible wording, but Tony Dungy has been a huge Dak supporter since day 1 in the league.
Dungy's one of those guys you give the benefit of the doubt to. He's a good man. I'm positive he didn't mean that the way you probably took it.
Dallas is done..... dungy was trying to be positive, but dalton isn't coming back on anyone when he's down 3 scores.
