I bet you can walk up & buy, or check StubHub. There were a few grandstand seats for sale out side of the Dude for the Friday night Kentucky game.
Not sure how many tickets will be available or what their prices will be tomorrow but I parked on the 2nd story of the parking garage last night beyond the 3rd base line and watched the game. Great view and it was free. If you can't get a ticket for a decent price, I suggest you do that. Take a cooler and some take out and hang out up there.
