Is anyone better at finding undrafted guys than Sean Payton? Unfortunately, Sean is horrible in the 5-7th round
He may just be a coach that has a system that really develops players to their full potential. I think of the Patriots in that regard. They seem to develop overlooked guys into stars and really good players. Some coaches and systems have that ability. Guess that?s why some coaches have sustained success and others do not. You can only pay for so many players and the rosters are all limited. The best ones develop all of their players.Quote:
