As I've said for 3 years, he isn't very good.
Never ever ever draft an Alabama QB with their current talent level. You simply have no idea what you're getting.
For Patriots GM Michael Lombardi sees it like I do. Good listen

He probably has the worst skill player group in the league.
Tua's comment a week or two ago about the adjustment to the NFL being "easy" is looking pretty awkward about now.
But even most of that USC pipeline were also busts
Oklahoma has only produced Kyler, Baker, & Bradford, which is more than anyone else, but still only 1 of those guys appears to be a long term starter.
Michigan produced Brady & Greise, but that's been a while
NC State has produced Rivers, Glennon, & I give them credit for Russell Wilson
It's not like they have been producing guys that looked like NFL players though. Tua is really the first one to put up big stats that I remember people hyping as a high draft pick. I thought McCarron was always thought of as a game manager despite putting up solid stats. He was a guy that maybe had he gone somewhere that he hadn't gotten to play on easy mode for college, he might would have developed. But mostly despite their recruiting rankings, I don't remember a lot of 5* qb talents going there, or if they did, making it past their first year or two and into the starting lineup.
With the way Wentz is playing in Philadelphia, we may see ex-Bama QB Jalen Hurts playing soon.
Tua was limping with that repaired hip before he was pulled. They just covered it up with some other excuse to save face. He?s made of glass
Burrow
Tua
Trask
Your batting average for who isn't a good QB isn't good and is borderline absurd.
