I doubt he plays that unless it is bc of injury

**** the schedule. It's the damn SEC. We have an elite coach in year 3. It's time to see some Texas Tech magic out there. Bo Bounds was on the radio this morning saying we'd have to scrape for 6 wins and 7 would be a mountain. If that's the case with a team as experienced as this one we are royally ****ed after this season.
We had to shoot ourselves in the foot repeatedly to not win 8 games last year - and we still went 4-4 in the SEC. I think last year taught the team a lot of lessons and 9-10 wins is not out of the realm of possibilities - but it will need a season like '99 where the ball bounced our way a whole lot.
We aren't winning 9 games. 9 means we go 9-1 against everyone besides bama and Georgia. Can't see it.
Games ranked in order of easiest to strongest:
vs. ETSU
vs. BGSU
vs. Memphis
@ Arizona (still 10 pm kickoff scares me with Leach)
vs. Auburn
@ LSU
@ OM
vs. Ark
@ UK
vs. A&M
vs. UGA
@ Bama
If versus Aggy is our tenth toughest game, then we have ten winnable games.
The SOS is ranked #1 in the nation for a reason. It’s not a cakewalk
Based on what? Nobody has played a down yet.
Tenn plays Fla, Georgia, Kentucky, LSU, and Bama...has Pitt OOC who is better than anybody we play OOC.
Vandy plays Bama, Mississippi, Kentucky, Tenn, Georgia, and Fla plus Wake Forest.
SC plays Clemson, UPig, A&M, Fla, Georgia, Tenn, and Kentucky. Our schedule is no tougher than theirs
It's the SEC- everybody plays a tough schedule
If this schedule isn’t tough why is ranked #1 in SOS ? They might have one team overrated but by any measure this is a tough schedule
Who said we didnt have a tough schedule? My take is that it's an SEC schedule and other SEC teams have just as tough of a schedule. Plus, we wont know until the end of the season who had the toughest schedule. Nobody has played a down of football- so just like the preseason top 25- it's just speculation.
