Just pathetic. Absolutely pathetic to lose to a team like Mizzou. When is the next time we play them because I want our coach to circle that weekend and make damn sure we sweep them while running up the score.
Missing post season 2 years in a row is a real possibility. Lemonis better get his ass in gear this off season. 2 piss poor years in a row and all the goodwill from the natty will be used up.
Hey look on the bright side. At least we know the season is over now instead of having to wait until UF and A&M beat us. Rip the band aid off now.
MSU Baseball season ended by Josh Day from Natchez Mississippi.
When is the last time a defending CWS Champion didn't even make a postseason? And if this is the first time, why did we ever think it wouldn't be us. It is soooooo "Mississippi State."
Apathy. Alcohol. Resignation. None of these time honored "painkillers" are having any effect on how much this blows.
I hope Lemon knows he has not "arrived." Last year seems more like lightning in a bottle every inning I watch of this abortion of a season. Although, any championship run is catching lightning in a bottle to some degree of course.
I know UCLA missed post season the year after they beat us for the title. But still this year has been an abomination. Walked into the season entitled and got our shit pushed in all season long. Needs to be some reality checks this off season.

Arizona, UCLA, and Coastal Carolina just in the last decade.
Time to chuck it in the f**k it bucket and move on. Vernacularly he said.
It absolutely stops at one person's desk. NC to .500 ball in conference would be understandable if we lost the majority of position players. Pitching be damned, although it's certainly not good, but the handling of shitty plate discipline/approach is why we are now incapable of making NCAA postseason. And at well over $1,000,000 per, this is inexcusable.
I assume that is Missouri's only SEC series win of the year?
