Weather nuts and Starkvegas dawg fans

How many of you took a meteorology class in College? I took one to raise my GPA and having grown up on the coast and experienced Hurricane Camille this was one of the best class I had. I had more intensive WX training in the army while going through flight school. If you have a chance to take a class even at your nearest JC take it. If you have childs or nephews and nieces in college or about to enter college make them take Meterology 101. It should be a GPA raiser and with the advent of all theses different types of radars that are used they might actually enjoy it.

I think it was Intro to Meterology that I took. I was lucky enough to have Dr. Wax. He was a trip!
