Which is ridiculous (in a good way) when you consider we already have Sims and Brandon Smith as great relief options as it is. And then you have Stone Simmons- he has pitched well twice and has to get consideration for pitching more too. He has actually finished out a couple of games.

Houston Harding always seems to step up. Perfect midweek starter- probably could start on SEC weekend's too.

Good to see Cumbest have a good night at the plate and Logan Tanner too. We hit like a veteran team tonight even thought a couple of guys are struggling a little bit.

I'll stay away from the leadoff hitter discussion for now. That has been discussed ad nauseum- although let's be honest Rowdey did a good job of situational hitting getting Cumbest home and he took a walk so he was hardly abysmal.
