Do we fire him now or wait? I mean I know we are going to wait til seasons end but really what is the reason? We all know where this is headed. Why not just go ahead and get a head start on identifying who we want to go after, Haire, so that at seasons end we can have a hire and an announcement in place so that we do not lose any time in recruiting.

Oh I agree we won’t but honestly what would be the harm in doing it. You get rid of Lemonis and Cheeseborough automatically, so that takes out two problems. Geautrau would stay and be the interim out of all likelihood. At the end of the year you would try to keep Parker, which will not happen without giving him the head job, and you move on.Quote:
