In his current scheme, I don’t see how teams would legitimately stop a dual threat QB….
Totally agree. Will might be running a little more this year.

As long as we can hit the deep ball on occasion. That's been will's biggest issue...and that of course comes down to have a good o line to protect him..but that can be covered up some if instead the QB was a dual threat and had to be respected.

We had a pretty good line last year and Cross, what #9 NFL pick? When the opponent D does not respect a QB to run and drops 8 against the pass, your O is playing 10 against 11.

Maybe we can get to 8-4 or 9-3, and get a Las Vegas Bowl invite vs a PAC 12 team like UCLA. I'd be down for that.
