I noticed last year and this that he responds somewhat quickly or gets very prickly pretty quickly when the fans are hot on his ass. I think he reads these message boards more than he game plans ... and it shows.
Worst thing that could have happened to us. We won the game despite his dumb ass calls and we had a whopping 300 yards of offense on that terrible ass defense. Ohhhhh man.

The ONLY times he ever shows any fire is when he's being criticized. If we lose games we're not supposed to same spiel every week about "quality opponent" and "had a good week of practice" etc. The drama with our football program is bad as the end of the Stans era.
Another case of people on this board that think they have all the inside scoop, such as if State wins, Moorhead will resign after the game. If we lose, he will wait until tomorrow. Similar to the recruiting gurus-think they know more than they actually do.
The players are going to weigh in on this decision a lot. Joe will be back for year 3.

If he's back we've got a rough year ahead of us and season ticket sales will tank. His press conference certainly won't win many fans back. We were VERY, VERY fortunate to win that game at home, at full strength, over a 4 win OM team that had not beaten a team away from Oxford all year. JoMo is very fortunate that crap teams like OM and Ark were on our SEC schedule this year.Quote:
