If you had no prior knowledge of the case, or investigation, and just read this response you would think it came from the university. Incidentally, if they had anything to base this lawsuit on it would have been made public already. All it seems to be is message board rumors and such. Case in point: Houston Nutt had a legitimate lawsuit, provided substantive underlying facts and supporting documents. That's what a real case looks like.
