Saying that he used them only when he wasn't in Oxford. I knew that would be the Network's spin. Always blame someone that isn't at the UM. Freeze's schedule during the season is so set that it would be fairly easy to see if he was buying hookers in a town and not actually being there. It is proven time and again that the Network will throw out blatant lies to cover for them through these so called "journalists".
If this isn't true, maybe freeze will pull a "nutt" and sue om for putting out false info.
That's the only play they have. I guess it COULD be possible. Unlikely, but possible.
Actually, I believe that. Why would Freeze personally set up a hooker for a recruit. The man ain't that stupid. He'd have delegated a lesser coach to make contact for a recruit.

I figure Hugh's getting paid off the books to take the whole hit. I'm fairly confident the media or Nutt's attorneys will find some more gems if they dig into enough phone records.
Finebaum is also saying no way was he calling hookers for recruiting purposes. Not surprised he would say this tho.
Finebaum said a little while ago that head coaches don't call the escort service that's a lower coach's job or booster's. But, he did say that the NCAA will probably want to know if Hugh was only one getting serviced. So, just like Draft Night, another can of worms is opened.
Now if any phone logs showed up as Memphis area code numbers, and were found to be hookers or escort services and they were ..........duirng the big recruitng weekends? Now wouldn't that be a headline sports' story?
