I may be the only person in this part of the country who hasn't seen that movie.
Me either. Not watching that crap.
Fiction
Haven't seen it.
Add me the never watched list. I did watch a lot of last chance u for the 1st time last night though and found it entertaining.
Never
I have seen it once, and the story is very moving. However, knowing this movie involves SEC recruiting and, in particular, Ole Miss recruiting, I knew to take the specifics with a grain of salt. T. S. Eliot's quote "between the idea and the reality, between the motion and the act, falls the shadow" comes into play here.
Never seen it and never intend to see it.
A bunch of bs publicity for OM, but Sandra Bullock was looking just right.
Sandra Bullock and Michael Lewis both got punked for this movie. Lewis is a NY/Paris based writer married to Tabatha Soren of MTV "news". This dude was clueless about the evil-hearted Ole Miss meat-head fan base
Nope. Never seen it
Never have, never will. And love the look on my reb in laws when I proclaim that.
Damn boys ya'll missing some good Sandra.
I saw a snippet of it at a friend's house not too long ago. The part with the NCAA investigators is laughable now after the NOAs. They act like the NCAA is just out to get poor Mike Oher and he really just wanted to play ball at the Tuohys' alma mater for all the right rea$ons
Never seen it. Never will see it. **** Old Misses
I watched the first 5 minutes just to watch Theisman get his leg destroyed then changed then channel.
Never seen it.
I want to know where his siblings were living while he was living large? What happened to them? Why didn't they get to go live in the big mansion?
never seen it either don't plan to
I politely refuse to watch that drivel...
Never seen it, either.
This thread needs to be 10 pages.
Saw it. Actually went to the movies. Heck yeah. All big time movies like this need to be on the big screen. Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, The Blindside, each about as believable as the other.
It was totally incidental that those wealthy, white Ole Miss boosters adopted a five star athlete they saw wondering the streets in Memphis and left his siblings to root hog or die, right?
