Attaboy Jake. Go right at people. Went 3-2 to 3 hole and grooved a fastball. Nothing cute. Let's swing the bats and get some runs.
Got to believe we go Jake as long as he can then bring Gordon in. Move Rooker to first, Poole to right and Jake back to center. Keep Jakes bat in the lineup as long as possible.

Shouldn't have to do that. Since Mangum is listed as the Pitcher/DH, I am fairly sure he can be replaced on the mound and still be in the batting lineup as the DH.Quote:

Well the Designated Hitter is stupid anyway. If we didn't have it then the other team's pitcher would have to strikeout 3 to 4 time wereas we would have one of the top hitters in the SEC.
