If I were AD at Texas A&M, Notre Dame, or Tennessee, I'd be on the phone with him now. It would be worth it to make a change this late to upgrade their coach to Kelly.

Chip Kelly has already said he wants to stay on the west coast and he hates recruiting. The sec is not a fit for him. Now maybe he could be swayed by money but he's already got plenty so I look
for him to wait for a job to open out there.
Potentially scary - Kelly at A&M with Chavis continuing to improve that defense.
I never understood why SF hired him after his failure at Philly. Is like Saban with the dolphins, a coach that needs to return to the college ranks?
