These folks are creepy as shit. I've never seen anything like it. Surely this isn't organized catfishing I have to believe its one really misguided and mentally unstable individual doing them all. Just do a google image search and see if the photos are used anywhere else. I would guess that these pictures are from an unknowing girl once again.
I have an extremely hard time believing a beautiful 16-17 yr old girl spends hours of her day focused on OM football recruiting. That simply doesnt happen

Guessing she works for the athletic department in some form. She only follows 686 people, which glancing through is mainly sorostitutes and OM players/recruits. However, she has over 40k 'likes' meaning she has read and favorited tons of tweets from each recruit she follows.
