Wonder if they have a contract clause that eliminates buy-out in the case of wrong doing, i.e. NCAA troubles?
That would really hurt the ole pocketbook, especially since their careers will be over after this; AND each will likely get sued for misrepresenting information to recruits.

When you decide it's worth it to drop a few hundred grand on you own lawyer rather than let OM handle it, you know interests have diverged.

They are scrambling bad. Also, it makes me curious to know why Bjork and Freeze are still teamed up at this point. Seems like they may have hitched their wagons together, which isn't a good thing for OM IMO. If they wanted to keep one of them, they could've possibly done that but if they're in this thing side by side the chance of losing both of them goes up.
Have to wonder if this is their independent counsel at this point or if they're hiring them for representation for the school? They do have an entertainment and media legal division. Seems appropriate given the hot mess they're in.
Also, I didn't realize this was already on the board, but someone from Jackson told me this earlier today. He also didn't get it from the board. Seems to be spreading like wildfire...
