First batter lines one up the middle on 2-2 count. Hit's 2nd batter. 2 on, no outs for APB.
I'm just not sold on McCord. He's simply not ready.

Diving catch in center on a rip by hump. Slow start on a warm (if a tad muggy) Tuesday. Need to see more from McCord here. Been throwing meatballs so far.
This pitcher has pretty bland stuff. We should put up big runs, but poor start for us that's for sure.

About time. The McCord experiment isn't showing good results so far. I'd much rather see Hudson get the shot for midweek starter.

They want McCord to take that'd week starter role Bc they want Laster to be a long reliever but if McCord can't do it(and he can't) then they will give Hudson a try with Laster in the wing if Hudson can't do it.

Holland looks lost at the plate. He's another huge disappointment at the plate so far.
