He would be the superior choice to mold KaMario Taylor into a pro.
It won?t happen but damn well should.

Good god. It burns my eyes.
You?re right.
This is way better.
So Mullen takes State to #1 in the country .
Our fans man? whoa
You gotta let this one go. It is not happening. Not worth a thread
You are right. It will not happen. Because Dan does not want to come back. He is happy at UNLV because he can compete for the G5 spot in the playoffs and Cannon is able to go to one of the top HS athletic programs in the country in Bishop Gorman and play basketball.
Many thing are ?not happening? around here
Ace Reese is going g to LSU
KaMario was not starting today
Sorry if I don?t trust the predictions on this site.
Listening to our fans and their opinions makes me know we will never win.
I don't think he would come back, but if he would we would upgrade
It?s not happening because we don?t get that lucky
"You're not Dan Mullen. Dan Mullen is 7 feet tall and shoots fireballs out of his arse."
The legend of Dan Mullen.
Everybody forgets Dan ****ed us every November he didn't have a losing record except for 2010.
He also has a talent - talent evaluator.
Would be VERY valuable in the NIL era.
It?s a no brainer if we could make it happen. We won?t but we should try.
I fear we will look back at this time like I look at 2018 - wasted opportunity.
Having a great QB is HUGE - simply the most important thing. We have it right
Now. Don?t waste it.
Keenum needs to stick with grading agricultural economics papers.
I have no idea if that rumor is true, but if someone can prove it Keenum needs fired as soon as possible. Apparently Whittingham was interested in our job too when we hired Moorhead and again another fireable offense that should?ve been an auto fire for Cohen. To be fair, I don?t know for a fact if that is true, but it seems like it was confirmed by multiple sources. Selmon not even interviewing Cignetti is another almost fireable offense and that I do have confirmation of happening. The incompetence over and over again is so draining and we keep hiring the same underwhelming people over and over again. The only reason we got Mullen in the first place is because Byrne was the only good AD we have had.
Just keep in mind that Lebby just got State their best season in 3 years…at 5-7, equal to ******* worst W/L season. And at no point did he win only 1 conference game in 2 years. But yeah things were terrible then
We?ll pay for Mullen too.
Make it happens
Really Clark?
I don't think rehiring Mullen is the answer but I will admit it would probably get a bunch of fans and boosters back on the same page and that's a good thing.
Especially if Lane bolts to LSU going after Mullen to re-energize the program would be huge.
This, believing like this is why we are never going to get out of the hole. I understand it?s easy to point out to the guy that has been all the talk for almost three years. But it takes 22 all doing their job to succeed, that should be evident by now. One player, I don?t care who it is will never get us to where we need to be. There has to be a system in place that can become plug and play. Are there special players that can help elevate specific teams, yes. But it?s not realistic to hang the entire program on one player. There is just so much more depth to process.
100% I would take Dan Mullen back, and I think he and Taylor could make the playoffs before he's gone.
If we had the stones to fire Lebby and bring Mullen back we would give more $$ starting tomorrow.
