Get this part, it's easier now than ever to make your team a blue blood. All it takes is money. Look who's on a flight as early as 1993 and who's name not only appears in the little black book but is also circled which means that they were involved in the ring. If you need a hint, it's page 85 of the book / 80 of the pdf. And the guy who hosted a "calendar girl" party where the only two men were himself and Jeff appears on that page.
