Hopefully we learned some things we can apply to future games.
If he can’t learn to adjust sooner than halfway through the third quarter, he ain’t the man.
He is working with VERY LITTLE TALENT in the front 3 and not much better in the back 8. However, he is going to have to get out of the 3-3-5. I mean his halftime adjustments were ok, but we completely went away from them when we needed a stop on their last drive in the 4th.Quote:

LBs are slow to fill the run holes. I dnk if that is failure to recognize the play or an aggression issue. LBs lost outside contain a few times. On and on.
Our best defense is for "show time" offense to actually show up in the next few weeks.
Not sure there is much hope for Hutzler. I know we are thin on DL but any amount of pre-game scouting would have told you that ASU was heavily committed to running the ball so coming out in the 3-3-5 with only 4 or 5 in the box was idiotic to begin with. I can't even put into words how moronic it was to stay in the that defense for over 2 quarters before chaning anything when they were bludgeoning us with the run game.Quote:
