These next two weekends are MASSIVE for RPI. If we could find 3 wins in the next 6, our RPI would skyrocket.
I know you are desperately trying to drive clicks and such, but "Pearl Clutchers" and "Woke"... are dumb go-to phrases that don't really mean what you are trying to say. Lol.
ETA: No one was offended or shocked... really just embarrassed by such a pathetic and justified RPI. And we're all glad it's in the rise.
RPI is poor enough to say we have almost no shot at hosting without winning every series and midweek games. It's also poor enough if we fart around, we could miss a regional.

We missed opportunities to limit the damage by losing games we were leading in the late innings and catching some early season and mid week losses to bad teams.
Austin Peay has a 186 RPI, Central Arkansas has a 225 RPI. And we lost too many close games against trams that would give us some more Quad 1 wins and boost that RPI.
We are on pace to be a two seed that has the capability to beat or lose to any team we play at any given time.

Looking back, TAM are really good, Lsu maybe average but we won the series, Flordia way overrated and lost the series, Georgia second best team we played and won the series, Ole Dixie and Auburn, not good teams but we went 4-2 in those games. So I think we are much improved but a very little underachieved right now. Win the Vandy series and are were we should be overall in Sec I think.
Vandy as well as Msu will be motivated, if Vandy losses series they most likely want host or at least be on the bubble. They are beatable, so lets go Dawgs!
