Officially official. Hot damn....someone's got some balls and brains up there after all.
Also, this basically guarantees Lemonis is going to be in the dugout in 2024
Now, go get Muscara.
Who is Foxhall? I haven't heard that name discussed on here. ***
8-1 to end the season. This is about to be quite the show. Two series too late but 8-1 is what we need. And we have the talent to do it.
Fine with it. Don't think it should get lemonis another year though
Rather enjoy hoping for something unrealistic than post on here moping around. With halfway decent pitching the last 3 series we're 6-3 or 7-2. Baseball is an any given day kind of sport. Might as well have fun knowing there's a chance albeit ridiculous. If people don't wanna watch though I don't blame em. But I'm hoping for a better approach and to make a run. We'll see. Get to Hoover and then you control your destiny.
I will not revel in someone else's misfortune......... But, I am glad its over with. He's been walking around with the Sword of Damocles over his head for months.
Son of a b!tch
The whole effing staff needs to go
Sooo Bert was right!
I remember being told that it was stupid to fire someone in the middle of a season and that not having a pitching coach could cause us to be worse than we already are.
Man DawgTalk is going to be fun tonight
Good. Now fire Lemonis and we have a chance!!
Still think Lemonis needs to be fired. He can't handle this program. It was gifted to him on a silver platter. I'm getting a lot of Moorhead vibes from him.
I bet this came from Selmon, I wonder if Lemonis would have said no if Lemonis would have been let go. I still don't think Lemonis is out of the woods.
Lemons isn't 100% safe himself. He still has to find a couple wins.
This at least frees Lemonis up to say, "It was his fault!" if we can swing some games here at the end. Who knows? Maybe this turns some things around.
I highly doubt this came from Selmon. I think this would've happened last weekend had we ended up blowing the Saturday game. I think Lemonis has been ready to do this for a while but didn't think he had the firepower to do it anymore til after the season since we had looked a bit better in the weeks leading up to Auburn and even looked good in the Friday game.
What do you call a thousand lawyers chained together at the bottom of the ocean?
Looks like Lemonis seriously wanted to keep his day job. IMO Lemonis and Gotro need to be on the same bus out of town.
Do you think Lemo was waiting until he got a commitment from another pitching coach to fill out the end of season? If not, what are we going to do for a PC for the rest of year?
