I'd be surprised if we pursued him.

He wasn't good for a bad LSU team and Jett Johnson has stepped up along with us recruiting as talented or more talented LBs.

Maybe, just maybe there was a reason the staff told him to go on to LSU. He did not shun us

NO!! I know him personally. We blew it with him. We just literally stopped talking to him the last couple of weeks. That’s a fact. Now, it was childish of him to “need to feel the love” but non the less

Didn't really see "freak of nature" on the field this year. What makes you say this?

Not to change the subject, but can someone tell us why Smith(wr) sat some games this year. Any chance we see him in portal?

-sometimes it takes Jucos a while to adjust. The situation in Baton Rouge this year was not ideal. This guy has talent. I'm pro-talent. I say sign the man.

I really feel we need to be signing a minimum of 10 guys from the portal. We don't recruit well enough from high school to justify signing 20+ guys from the high school ranks.
