Unbelievable. We entered 2016 with a very good coach, a solid program, a good culture, and OM was under serious NCAA investigations, had a coach that was about to get fired, was about to hire a joke of a coach themselves, and about to string together several bad classes.
We enter 2019 with OM having just as good of a team and (probably) a FAR better coach who will immediately make OM better than us.
Complete failure to capitalize. Unbelievable how a bad hire and the failure to replace him when we should will mean we play catchup as a program with 17ing OM. They went 7-5, 6-6, 7-5, and 4-8, had NCAA restrictions on them, several horrible classes in a row, and they're going to be better than us with less culture problems than we will by opening day kickoff next year.
