The difference between Mullen and the other coaches is the support he has received from the University's administration particularly the Ninja and then Stricklin. I'm sorry to disappoint, but what Dak did and continues to do can't be coached it is something that MANY can't and will never be able to do sadly. He is one of a few Great leaders of men and he happens to be a good athlete. Were he in the military he'd be a General before too long. Dan has very little to do with how good he is.
