Could not sleep so somehow came across Syracuse Final 4 game and watched it. Bullard was without a doubt on the take and was shaving points. You could tell after 5 minutes. Why did Williams not put Wilson at PG?

"without a doubt" is taking it too far in my opinion. I haven't seen evidence that is indisputable that something like that happened. Let's see it.
If there was a player who would've been in on the take it would've been Bullard. He has had all sorts of criminal issues with drugs amongst other things.

Marcus's older brother was one of the biggest dealers on the coast. Carlos, his other brother, ran for him. Marcus was "running an errand" for his brother when he got popped the first time.
