Is this his first season playing football? If you can slap the ball away from the offensive guy you do. You don't need a coach to tell you that. Also if a WR looks up in the air, not down toward ground level at the QB, most likely something is flying his way. Either watch the WR's eyes or get your head around to find the ball.
