Cohen always seems to have at least one player who's "his boy" that plays a ton ahead of someone who's clearly better. Apparently that's going to be Randolph the next 2 seasons.

oh I agree. not to mention Collins has one of the quickest releases ive ever seen. it's sick... but Randolph does do a good job of handling the staff..

that's actually not a bad idea! ha!

Rea still has a lot of work to do at the plate. He leaves himself susceptible to late count off speed because he can't get on top of early count fastballs that he swings at. Any pitcher that throws him anything but offspeed late in the count hasn't done their homework.

I feel you. I'll do the same later in the season I'm sure. I guess I'm just not as uptight with each pitch anymore now that I know what were gonna get with Cohen. It won't always be the way we would do it...but it usually ends up working in the long run
