That's a fair opinion, but when ranking QBs in recruiting, I think NFL prospect status should be all that matters. Or else you should just rank all the blue blood QBs 5 stars because that's the type of college career they'll have due to the talent around them.Quote:

My feeling is that recruiting stars should be given based on how you project to the NFL rather than college. It's the only way there is accountability as to whether they are right or not.
Every other sport: baseball & basketball give stars based on pro prospect status. Not sure why football shouldn't be the same
