No, I got your point. We play to our competition even when we don?t have great games. If we could out together 3-4 complete games with more than one guy getting hot offensively, we can beat anyone.

We have no room for error cause Tennessee and Auburn on the road are tough gets
Travel delays not hard on 18-24 olds, but hard on 50+ something coaches. Not a coach but speaking from experience.
The plane wasn't the only problem, got kicked out of the hotel early because of reservation screw ups and why they flew into Columbia SC and then had to take a 3 hr bus ride to Athens is just screwed up when Anderson or GSP is only 45 mins away. Heck for that matter Starkville is only 3 1/2 hours from Athens.
It's criminal that Woodard only played 18 minutes. Holman played 16. If Howland would give 8 of those Holman minutes to Woodard it wouldn't have been close. Or take 8 from Peters and let Q run the point.
Also I get it Holman hasn’t t played well and the effort at times isn’t there.
But he is going to get minutes , he has to get minutes . We have been very lucky last few games that Ado and Perry haven’t gotten in deep foul trouble . But it’s coming at some point
And when he plays well he really helps us
And without Nick Going forward how ever long that is he is going to have to keep giving us more minutes
So y’all can bitch and complain all ya want...
I'm really pumped we found a way to win, that would have been a really bad loss. It's frustrating to see how this late in the season we still have these long stretches of poor play where teams like Georgia can erase a 17 point lead and almost beat us. We should be a well oiled machine by late February, and at times we are, but the inconsistency is so frustrating and is the reason why it's so hard to get too high on this bunch. They could upset UK or lose to the sisters of the poor on a given night. In my opinion, you win on the road by rebounding and playing great defense....we didn't rebound tonight and it damn near got us beat via second chance points. We have got to get Perry and Ado to box out, and since we have no choice but to play the corpse of Aric Holman, someone has to light a fire under his ass and at least get him to defend and rebound...that guy can singlehandedly end our season in March if he doesn't wake the hell up and stop being so lazy. That being said, if...and that's a huge IF....Holman starts attending our games at all from an effort standpoint, we have the talent to pull an upset or two in the dance. But who the hell knows what team we'll get in March. Going to be a wild finish more than likely, regardless of what happens
I'm not a big fan of Q at the point. He's a phenomenal scorer but he makes lazy passes all the time. He threw away two balls under the 5 minute mark tonight. Q is our best offensive player he's just not our best PG. Probably 4th best at that position behind Peters, Nick, Carter.
I don't know when the team flew to Athens, but travel delays this time very well could have been due to weather. The line of storms that came through today were pretty fierce, and the line is still going through Atlanta and Athens now.
