Devious, I'm just saying that because it wasn't mentioned in the NOA doesn't mean it hasn't happened.
I'm extremely interested to learn more of the sting the NCAA ran on the booster-owned apparel store last spring and if its going to be mentioned in the NOA recently delivered. My bet is that the Network has reached out to all of the major men's athletic teams recently, especially if they've shown success (which men's BB made several tourney trips and the baseball team made Omaha recently as well - I'm just not buying that these guys weren't rewarded as well even though it may be difficult to prove).
As for Bianco's son, his dad played at LSU and the son probably grew up with LSU in his blood also. Plus, Bianco's felt some heat during the past few years and he may also be leary of his future in Oxford.
