Jackson was ranked very high at first because he was simply bigger than everyone else he played against. Then, everyone caught up with him. He's also shown up to some camps out of shape, which has caused his ranking to drop. I'm not saying you're wrong about getting higher ranked guys, or that Cooley is better than him.
