I hate this team and coaching staff so much. So many issues across the board that shouldn?t exist in year 7.

Another example of finding a way to lose games in stead of putting the foot on their throat

It would help if the players were not playing terribly. But we looked like a little brothers with literally every swing after the 5th inning.

We need to fire him Monday. We will be 1-8 in SEC play. There is no good reason to wait. Let Parker and G run it from here on. We will get to see where they are being held back.

Dude, you act like you are the only person who could read the writing on the wall in ?22 and the whole board was giving you hell.

Tons of fans including myself have said he sucked after he lost the previous coaches players and didn?t do anything to replace them.

My biggest fear was us doing just enough to keep being mediocre and atleast that is put the window. Top 5 hitting and pitching and 1-6 in league plays tells you coaching is the problem,

It?s just bad. No studs on the field or on the mound. Bunch of Beta guys. Paying a bunch of NIL to guys who do not or can not hit the ball the other way. It is embarrassing to watch high school kids that can do it.

You throw a completely unproven guy with one of the highest ERAs on the team with a 1 run lead. He blows the lead. THEN you waste some of your good arms. We?ve seen this for the past 3 years. Pitching decisions under lemonis weren?t great in 2021 either- we just had arms that were too talented to mismanage over the course of the season.

And yet he still almost did it. Lest we all forget throwing Parker Stinnett in a tie game against Texas on Friday night. Will Bednar and Landon Sims won us that World Series. No one else. Because if it was not for those two, we lose. They won us 3 of the 5 games in Omaha.

How about an update? What is our record in SEC games since the NC? I know it's bad, how many on this board could keep their jobs in any profession over the past 3+ years with this failure rate and be paid about 1 million dollars per year while doing it?

Surely Zac has been making napkin notes of who we would target. Now it seems he would begin to have conversations with one or two folks to begin fleshing out a plan.

He?s got too.

The band-aid has to come off. I don?t see him pulling the trigger mid-season but he absolutely cannot wait until the end of the season to get this ball rolling.

Make the move. Let Gotro finish out his tenure at MSU as interim. Can?t be any worse than what we are currently doing

I've already laid out that this team isn't likely to go to a regional even if they turn it around somewhat.

So let's at least not make it awkward for once by making Gautreau the head coach and have him turn us around into a three seed when the schedule is more favorable.

I've always said that we actually underachieved to a degree in 2021. That team probably should have been 45 win regular season good with a SEC title.

Remember in 2021 State was being No-hit for almost 7 innings against Virginia and then our Alpha Dogs got us going. We had some head -scratching losses in 2021 too! We just had 4 Alpha Dogs who put that team on their back and the role players had an amazing run. I'm sorry. I have just never felt like Lemonis coached that team to a championship! I believe 2022-23 was the Real Lemonis led coaching staff!

We had two when we got to Omaha. Bednar and Sims won that tournament. If it was not for those two we would have probably been 2 and que.

This. Remember the SEC Tourney. We got Blanked. Got ND and they even admitted that the LFL just intimidated the crap out of them, Evertt must've not been there that day. Bednar and Sims won that series. That postseason Arky, the favorite, just imploded their pitching in the regionals and NCState didn't even show up. But Bednar and Sims show get a statute outside of the stadium.
