Do we target the wrong Portal players? Do we have a bad culture? Are our coaches just bad? Is ASU a better destination that players would turn us down for? Do they have more NIL? They are certainly missing some holding calls on them but our defense is trash. They can't tackle and look like they don't even know the basic fundamentals. I'm sure that our offense will get it going and get better but we'll see how long that takes. I feel like we were portal heavy on offense but didn't fill a lot of gaps on defense and it's showing. Plus having a DC who has never called a defense before. Not sure it's the play calling and being out of position rather than the poor tackling and etc
What do you expect? They get exactly what they want, and get paid for it. If they dont like it they can leave! They can be the biggest dick on campus and still leave!
