A false report of a sexual assault or hate crime should carry automatic jail time if proven to be in fact false. Both are way too serious to cry wolf about. Each false report diminishes the real thing and makes it harder for us to distinguish Between real and fake. There?s a black mark on the innocent persons life that no matter what happens can?t be totally removed.Quote:
