The refs could've easily called a 15 yard penalty right there

Offense needs to get their crap together. Play calling has been exceptionally conservative.

That's pro rule. Never seen that called in college. Don't think it's a college rule

Actually it’s been a decent mix our offense isn’t executing worth a shit. For instance, two plays called last drive should have been TDs. That’s not conservative.
