Watching this game and a curiosity came up in my household. How is it that "England" has a team instead of the "United Kingdom" or "Great Britain?" Would that mean that Scotland or Wales could have a team and if so, why? That'd be like having a U.S. team and Texas team in the World Cup.
Recent England squads would have folded like a broke tent after going down.
Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland have their own teams. Think more like Puerto Rico playing in the World Baseball Classic.Quote:
