I don't understand why we have so many pitchers on our roster but could never find any other starters. We literally have Bednar, and Harding is serviceable. That's it.

He has zero mental toughness. I'll bet he was coddled all through high school, and I'll bet he didn't play football in high school. Those kids are usually mentally tougher.

I'm so pissed but I feel just awful for him. I don't know how you lose it like that. We are screwed. We got to make Leiter work very hard.

They are rested and have everyone at their disposal. It shows

I think its 100% in his head. If you've watched all season, at the first sign of adversity early in a game whether a walk, an error a real or perceived bad call by the ump he crumbles.

First inning will have lasted about 45 minutes.

Feel terrible for the young man, but he wasn't even competitive. Rough way for him to end his season for us. Cause he is not pitching again this year.

Cerantola, then Fristoe, then Mac. Like I said, we have 2 starters now and neither will have enough rest to do much in this series.

None of this is on Mac. Tonight was as predictable as the sun rising. It's on Lemonis and Fox

I do too, but Lemonis should recognize when the pitcher doesn't have it and not leave him in so long.

Its hard for me to feel sorry for him. Hes had too many opportunities to turn it around. I dont have any patience for it.

The problem is that every single starter we have other than Bed and Harding have gone down the tubes - EC, Mac and Fristoe just imploded but the end of the year and what was supposed to be a huge strength of this team is actually a weakness

I feel like our pitchers have to hit the plate to get swings for some reason. No one is working their breaking ball well. And there goes a 3 run homer.

I knew Chase Patrick wasn't the answer.

We never quit but that is ballgame. Not scoring 8 on Vandy. They may run rule us, can they?
