The NBA just released their All-Star rosters. Everyone should take a look at the racial makeup. A white player should sue like Flores and claim racial discrimination.

Positions of authority should have a closer eye on them than rank and file jobs, yes. This isn't rocket science, the people with authority control should more closely represent their general population. It's institutional racial bias to have a field that is 35% minority (NFL coaches) be dominated at the primary position of power with a 95% majority.Quote:

The difference between a billionaire and a millionaire is a billion dollars. I'm from similar background, only difference is one parent didn't die in the physical sense that young, but they've been disabled mentally since the other got sick and passed. I followed a similar path. But looking at the world today, the path we take is getting more difficult, not easier for those younger than us. There is a squeeze happening to the middle class. We're headed towards full on caste system a la India and a society of serfdom where your paycheck only covers your rent and food, so you work to own nothing and gain no equity.Quote:

Depends on where you are - a lot of middle class where I am is squeezing themselves by trying to live beyond their means and it eventually catches up with them.
I?m not a fan of the chasm growing between have and have nots and really not a fan of what we?ve done to small businesses but some of that is on the consumers for prioritizing price above all else.

This utopian job hiring process generally doesn?t exist in any setting. That?s why the phrase ?it?s not always what you know, it?s who you know? even exist and it?s really the baseline for the Rooney rule in the first place.
How Bill played any part of this seems to be a big part of his beef and there are a ton of potential scenarios at play so will be curious what comes out from his camp eventually
